Business Development Manager
Job Description:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
- Developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Coordinating business generation activities
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Closing sales and working with client through closing process
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly sales goals.
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

Network Engineer
Job Description:
- Proficiency in trouble shooting for network connectivity issues.
- Monitoring Routers, Switches, Access switches, Cisco switches
- Monitoring Network devices.
- Taking the configuration Backups and Logs.
- Setup Vlans and configured trunk on fast–Ethernet channel between switches.
- Providing LAN/WAN/VLAN support including installation and maintenance.
- Configuring CISCO routers. (Static routing, Dynamic routing)
- Firewall: Fortinet , check point , ACL
- NAT MPLS
- IP addressing and subnetting, Routing Concepts.
- Preparing Bill of material.
Qualification and skills:
Male Candidate with Graduate /Diploma with certification in Networking will be preferred. Should have minimum experience of 3-5 years.

Desktop Support Engineer
Job Description:
- Assembling, Installation of Win XP/7/10
- Installation of Application Software Anti-virus, Microsoft Office
- Crimping, Impacting and Installation of LAN Switches, Routers, Modems.
- Installation and configuration of various LAN Cards, Patch Panels, Network Racks.
- Installation of various Printers, Scanners.
- Configurations of MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows live, mail and manage data
- Files.
- To take Backup of application software data, user profile, data files and check by
- Retrieving backup data
- To do regular maintenance of desktop and server systems.
- To make maintenance report and Backup report.
- To manage Audit Trail and checking regularly.
- To make System Monitoring report.
- To give online support by using Remote desktop, team viewer etc
- To give telephonic support.
- troubleshooting of various problems like virus problems, Network problems
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Male candidate with Diploma/Graduate with 3-5 years of experience
