25+ years of exciting and eventful entrepreneurial journey, started in December 1995 as Proprietorship firm. Set up by Shital Nahar – fresh graduate as BE (Computer). Capitalising on the then new IT boom in India, Shital Nahar started his venture in IT hardware from Bopodi, Pune, in a rental set up. Pune being an IT hub helped the nascent venture.

Company started with renting computers to a major software company in Pune. Soon with the healthy risk-taking appetite and right opportunities, NISS expanded its operations. Capitalising on Y2K and making rapid strides in corporate world took NISS to another level. In a short span of two plus years, NISS shifted to own office premises in Sadashiv Peth, Pune.

In 1998, Mrs. Vaishali Nahar joined the business. Her able handling of admin, HR and finances helped the business grow and expand faster. A trained dentist by profession, Vaishali Nahar introduced efficient processes in the company. Continuous refining of business processes made NISS a quality driven business. And getting ISO 9001:2015 became an easy task under her able management skills. Over the years business expanded. NISS office space also expanded.

With a good client base and an impressive footprint in both IT hardware and networking solutions NISS was a full-fledged System Integration company. And so, it was time to step into the bigger shoes of a Private Limited company. Thats how NISS became NISSPL in 2005.

Adding all the top global brands in the product kitty made Shital Nahar think about introducing networking solutions as an addition to the business. NISS tied up with Cisco – a global networking giant. An able team of Cisco certified engineers was created to offer Cisco technology – pre sales and post sales. With this NISS started providing end-to-end Networking solutions to the clients. Investing in networking proved to be a great business decision for NISS.

By 2014, NISS had also specialized in automation industry. Now, NISSPL provides services to many well-known automation giants like Honeywell, Emerson, Schneider, Siemens, L&T, etc. NISSPL takes pride in calling itself the extended arm of IT for these companies. Besides automation, NISSPL also serves many other verticals like IT, ITeS, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Health care, BPO, KPO, etc. We serve more than 1000+ customers in various verticals in SI space.

Over the years, many more global and well-known brands were added in the Product basket – Microsoft, Dell, Canon, Samsung, HP, D-Link, etc. Business boundaries went beyond Pune, Mumbai and Maharashtra to other states like Delhi, Bengaluru.
